To place the "Resident First" in working to improve infrastructure and general quality of life in Ward 3 and throughout Newburyport.
Communication:
I pledge to continue the communication I have established with residents of Ward 3 and throughout the City. Through continued communication residents will always be included in the process of local government and the direction of Newburyport.
Fiscal responsibility:
I recognize the need for true fiscal responsibility in the current economy. This responsibility requires government to “look over the horizon” so we are prepared to respond to future needs while never failing to maintain what already exists.
